Effective 2026-09-09. These terms cover the Highlight Harvest add-on for Google Docs and highlightharvest.com, provided by Geary Works ("we"). By installing or using the add-on you agree to them.
Highlight Harvest is a Google Docs add-on that applies named highlight colors and collects highlighted text into a summary within the document you are working on. It requires a Google account and Google Docs, which are governed by Google's own terms.
If the add-on does not work for you, email support@highlightharvest.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Polar.
Do not attempt to bypass the license check, redistribute the add-on, or use it to violate Google's terms or any law.
The add-on is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and Google may change Docs in ways that affect it. Keep your own copies of important documents. The add-on modifies only the document you run it in, and only when you click an action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the add-on is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.
We may update the add-on and these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
